Sonja helped my 13yr old son who was going through gut issues. She placed him on some amazing products as well as setting a structured routine to help support his gut.

He was taking many days off school, was tired and sluggish most of the time and his skin was breaking out and getting worse. Everything has settled down now, his stomach pain has gone and his skin is getting better and better each week. I can’t recommend Sonja enough!

I have not met Sonja prior to my initial call to fix my gut health and its always a trust issue to know we are able to not be led around the bush. She promptly supported me through the first stage of my health phase where my gut would lead me to low energy, anxiety, fatique and whatever else you feel comes with the gut health. Only one week in and I have felt incredibly chilled, NO gut pain and quality toilet sessions that do not feel like my stomach is leaking or in pain. This has been the best money spent and am gracious to know this is the beginning of my journey. My health is coming back !
