I was recommended by Sonja from a close friend as I noticed a big change in her health and physical appearance. Sonja is really lovely and very professional, her knowledge is outstanding and I am very excited to be working with her on my journey ahead!

I have not met Sonja prior to my initial call to fix my gut health and its always a trust issue to know we are able to not be led around the bush. She promptly supported me through the first stage of my health phase where my gut would lead me to low energy, anxiety, fatique and whatever else you feel comes with the gut health. Only one week in and I have felt incredibly chilled, NO gut pain and quality toilet sessions that do not feel like my stomach is leaking or in pain. This has been the best money spent and am gracious to know this is the beginning of my journey. My health is coming back !
